Can I use my health insurance plan for chiropractic care? If so, what are my benefits, co-pay, or co-insurance, etc.?
We are pleased to announce we are now accepting most major health insurance! Please take a look at our current list of accepted health insurances below on this page. Since individual benefits can often vary from plan to plan, give our office a call so we can verify your benefits, as well as find out any potential co-pay or co-insurance so that you have no surprises following your visit. Please note, if your health insurance plan is not listed, give our office a call, as many insurance plans offer chiropractic benefits to Out-Of-Network providers!
Do I need a referral to receive chiropractic care?
If you are wanting to pay out-of pocket, you do not need a referral for chiropractic care. If you'd like to bill your insurance, you may need a referral from your primary care physician to receive chiropractic treatment based on your plan. Since this can vary from patient to patient, give us a call so we can confirm if your plan requires a referral or not.
What information should I bring to my initial office visit?
At your initial office visit, please bring government issued photo identification, as well as your current health plan insurance card (if applicable), along with any completed patient intake forms which can be found on our website above. If you'd prefer to fill out the paperwork in office, please try and arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled visit to complete all necessary paperwork. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Can I pay Out-of-Pocket for Care?
Yes! And for the remainder of the month we are currently offering additional savings if paid at the time service is rendered. If you would like to receive care, and are worried about potential costs involved, please give our clinic a call to discuss possible payment options.
